Business Process Analyst

In this role, you will be part of the BHG Transformation Office and will be expected to provide support at each point in the transformation lifecycle. You will create and maintain process maps for use across the One Lending organization and use your deep knowledge of business processes to find opportunities to improve the origination process. You will ensure that standard operating procedures align with current state processes and are maintained with quality. You will work closely with your manager to drive strategic initiatives that impact business processes and will be responsible for creating target state processes for these initiatives. You will coordinate closely with the Change Management team and other enabling partners such as program management, product and technology, revenue operations, L&D, and others to ensure a successful delivery of target state processes.
