Role Overview:
- Independently manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Support opportunities across multiple service lines and client types.
- Report to Director of Sales Operations with significant autonomy.
Proposal Development and Submission:
- Draft and edit tailored responses across court reporting, jury consulting, trial graphics, and more.
- Create compliance matrices and workback schedules for each solicitation.
- Coordinate input from Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and HR.
Content and Credential Management:
- Build a centralized library of approved proposal content.
- Develop case studies and maintain employee biographies and credentials.
- Regularly refresh and retire outdated content to ensure accuracy.
