About the Role:
- You will own end-to-end management of RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- You will ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and delivered on time while maintaining a content library.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, assignments, and status tracking in proposal platforms.
- Review responses for quality and consistency, and report on activity and risks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in proposal operations or similar coordination roles.
- Excellent organization, writing, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Interest in AI and process automation.
