RFP Manager, Growth (RFP Proposals & Pitch Operations)

Role Overview:

• Serve as strategic partner to Growth organization, managing complex proposals and pitches.
• Coordinate teams across strategy, media, creative, analytics, technology, finance, legal, and executive leadership.
• Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and compelling storytelling in all submissions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Build and manage proposal workplans, timelines, and approval processes.
• Develop customized narratives aligned with client priorities and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain content libraries, templates, and knowledge management systems for efficiency.

Qualifications & Culture:

• 4-5+ years in proposal management, new business, or related function in advertising or tech.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Remote-first collaborative environment with focus on quality, urgency, and innovation.
