Key Responsibilities:
- Manage live RFP, RFI, and DDQ projects from intake through submission, coordinating with sales, solutions, product, and other stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain Loopio projects, including question assignment, status tracking, and deadline management.
- Support library hygiene, review cycles, and post-RFP content updates to ensure accuracy.
Who You Are:
- Highly organized with experience in proposal operations, RFP management, or project management.
- Strong communicator who can influence without direct authority and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Comfortable with systems like Loopio, Salesforce, and Slack, and curious about AI for workflow efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $88,300–$110,400 CAD, plus annual bonus and equity.
