Responsibilities:
- Developing and rewriting persuasive content across complex bid responses, tailoring voice and depth of detail for multiple audiences.
- Building and maintaining proposal templates and content library, leveraging AI to expand into new subject areas.
- Leading assigned bid responses end to end from kickoff through final submission, managing schedule across concurrent bids.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in proposal writing or capture management, with a Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with RFP/RFQ response and proposal development processes, including reusable content libraries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Snagit, and AI writing tools.
