Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with practice leaders, business development, and operations to collect and manage proposal responses.
- Lead overall proposal development from creation to bid submission, including quality review and process improvement.
- Manage a variety of response types including RFP responses, RFIs, Cost Opinions, and Statements of Qualification.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS in English, liberal arts, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of proposal development experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills and CRM database experience.
