The Work:
- Lead end-to-end development of responses to RFx, interview materials, and pursuit deliverables from kickoff through completion.
- Manage multiple concurrent proposals with overlapping deadlines, ensuring compliance and timely submission.
- Write, edit, and organize proposal content, and conduct color team reviews.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience managing proposals for State, Local, and Higher Education clients.
Bonus Points:
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent proposals with overlapping deadlines.
- Familiarity with full proposal lifecycle and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
