Pursuit Manager

The Work:

• Lead end-to-end development of responses to requests for information, qualifications, quotations, and proposals (collectively, RFx).
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits, prioritize deadlines, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Develop and manage pursuit schedules, responsibility matrices, and production timelines.

Here's What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 6 years of experience in proposal or pursuit management within the AEC industry.
• 6 years of advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and 3 years with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Proven track record managing high-complexity, strategic pursuits end-to-end.
• Experience with CRM and proposal management systems like Salesforce or Deltek.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and drive team accountability.
