Pursuit/Proposal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full life cycle of the proposal preparation process for technical proposals, RFIs, and qualification packages.
• Work in tandem with Client Managers to determine pursuit win strategies, craft sales messages, and manage proposal process.
• Manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously within diverse markets and service offerings.

Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience in A/E/C marketing required.
• 10+ years of experience personally producing SF330 proposals and managing proposal efforts.
• Extensive experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat.

Additional Information:

• This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to Fairfax, VA headquarters.
