Job Description:
- As a Proposal Coordinator, you lead the full proposal development lifecycle from planning to submission.
- You collaborate with experts and partners to craft high-quality, compliant proposals.
- You maintain databases, templates, and support business development through Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of AEC proposal coordination experience required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a strategic mindset are key.
Additional Information:
- Typical salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package and ESOP eligibility.
- Remote work is acceptable, with locations across the US.
