Your Role:
- Own the proposal development lifecycle from receipt of RFPs/RFQs to final submission, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Assemble and direct cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and escalate risks to meet deadlines.
- Conduct structured reviews, manage content creation, and handle final submission including portal requirements.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 15+ years of proposal development experience with US government programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-contributor proposals under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; U.S. citizenship required.
