Build sophisticated agents from scratch using whatever technology gets the job done. No constraints, no bureaucracy – just pure creation. Design multi-agent systems that communicate, collaborate, and execute complex operations with minimal human intervention. Develop and integrate Model Context Protocols (MCP) that elevate the agents' capabilities beyond current limitations. Identify and obliterate inefficiencies in workflows through intelligent automation that actually works; they require Python mastery, experience with RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph integration with major LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), and fluent Portuguese communication.
