Apptegy

This role helps define and translate strategy into execution, driving programs that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and scalability across teams. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, partner with every department across the organization, and embed data-informed, AI-enabled practices into how we work.

You will be the operating engine for Product & Engineering — turning strategy into outcomes. You’ll connect our vision to what ships by setting a clear product strategy, running a crisp operating cadence, and turning data and customer signal into portfolio bets. Day to day, you’ll make it easier for teams to do their best work. You’ll also serve as Chief of Staff to the CPTO, keeping leaders aligned, decisions unblocked, and the roadmap tied to business results.

Be a key member of our enterprise business development team, speaking directly with superintendents and other decision-makers within school districts. You will be the face of Apptegy in your region and be an advocate responsible for building credibility, providing value to potential clients, and ultimately helping close deals to grow Apptegy. This is the perfect role for a true road warrior.
