As the VP of FP&A, you will serve as a strategic leader and thought partner to the CFO and executive leadership team. You’ll lead a high-performing team focused on delivering proactive insights that drive critical decisions and ensure our financial strategy evolves as we scale the business. Guide resource allocation and long-term value creation in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Write beautiful code in Ruby and Rails, often for new features and new products/platforms. Work with a SCRUM team, discussing the best architecture for features and diving deep into Design Patterns. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders (CTO & VPs) as well as other engineers to accomplish larger objectives. Use good coding standards, write clear documentation, and think through architectural decisions.
