We’re looking for the first Engineering Manager to join as Bluefish’s engineering leadership team. You’ll lead the charge on execution, quality, and team culture.

This Software Engineer, Backend role is all about collaboratively building the foundation of a unified application that consolidates the Web Modeler, Console and Management Identity components into a cohesive experience. You’ll design and implement a modular backend, streamline our data layer and APIs, establish centralized authentication and organization management, and create integration points so domain teams can plug in without reinventing core concerns.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in a cross-functional team, building performant, scalable, and customer-focused web applications used by millions across Europe. You’ll shape features end-to-end - from early discovery and ideation through delivery and rollout. Develop core features across our homepage, search, product detail page, and cart.

Find innovative solutions to automate processes & work on the conception of novel analysis approaches. Retrieve relevant data sets from various databases using Google Space. Act as a link between business & tech by translating business requirements technically. Support the expansion of the product range by developing lean processes for internal stakeholders. Work closely with the Management and People teams and shape the future of our process landscape.

We’re looking for a Design‑focused Frontend Web Developer who lives at the intersection of tasteful UI, crisp interaction design, and production‑grade React. You’ll own the front‑end craft across key surfaces, building accessible, high‑performance interfaces in Next.js with Tailwind CSS, and elevating them with purposeful motion using Framer Motion. You’ll partner closely with Product Design and PMs to translate Figma concepts into polished, animated interfaces.

Play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and leading the next generation of intelligent systems. This role blends deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership, reporting directly to the Head of AI. You’ll write production code, shape strategy, mentor team members, and help grow a lean, world-class AI engineering team.
