Founding Product Engineer

About the Role:

• We are a seed-stage AI communications SaaS company building tools that improve customer communications for businesses across Europe.
• As a founding engineer, you will own product features from discovery to production, making a direct impact on the product and company.

What You'll Do:

• Own features end to end, from forming a hypothesis to implementation, release, and iteration.
• Run rapid experiments and build lightweight prototypes to validate product ideas.
• Speak regularly with customers, partners, and sales to identify real needs and pain points.

What We're Looking For:

• At least three years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.
• Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
• German proficiency at B2 level or above and fluent English, plus comfort using data and metrics to make product decisions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base salary of €80,000 to €120,000, plus equity.
• Remote within Germany with overlap in Central European Time.
