About the Role:

• You'll work on solutions that use AI chat and voice agents to help shoppers navigate complex product ranges.

What You'll Do:

• Apply software engineering skills in a customer-facing solutions or implementation context.
• Contribute to customer-facing work involving AI chat and voice agents for complex product ranges.
• Support solutions that connect product discovery with search and checkout experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on software engineering experience in a customer-facing role, such as forward deployed, solutions, or implementation engineering.
• German language proficiency.

Location:

• This is a remote role open across Europe, with the primary location in Cologne, Germany and team based in Hamburg.
