Key Responsibilities:
- Set engineering strategy and execution priorities across the Smart Building portfolio, partnering closely with Product.
- Lead delivery of the STRATIS Unified Platform and plan migration from legacy platforms.
- Integrate Managed WiFi engineering and reestablish engineering ownership for Smart Water.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of engineering management experience and 5+ years of web software development experience.
- Experience with Swift/iOS, Kotlin/Android, and React/React Native environments.
- Proven track record of delivering against fixed-date commitments and building replacement platforms while maintaining legacy systems.
