Senior HR Business Partner

Our People Team is growing, and we're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join us in our mission to help people get their best sleep. This person will help leaders optimize team development, performance, and engagement by having a deep knowledge of the team and creating impactful and efficient creative solutions. You will coach and advise on leadership/manager development, organization design, employee relations, feedback, career trajectory, engagement survey action planning, and successful onboarding and offboarding, etc. This role will report to the VP of People & Talent Acquisition. This role is remote-friendly but must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
