This role involves defining and governing the strategic vision for the International TMS training program by designing and developing the curriculum, and leading individual contributors in the development of role-based, technical compliance content. The Compliance Senior L&D Lead will enable the implementation of the Cx Operations business-led roadmap, and define L&D’s initiatives that move our program to learning excellence, delivering performance, and quality improvements to the Compliance network.
The incumbent is responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management of a Talent Management System (TMS), while also overseeing the daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures smooth system functionality of the TMS, user engagement, and alignment with organizational talent management goals. As part of the Talent & Learning team, the Implementation Specialist will contribute to optimizing employee growth, compliance, and development processes across the organization.
