Compliance Senior L&D Lead, TMS

This role is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all learning deliverables spanning new hire/cross skilling, change management, and performance improvement. They will lead the International TMS training program, developing curriculum and leading individual contributors in content creation. The Compliance Senior L&D Lead will ensure your training program is aligned with regulatory and legal requirements, enabling Coinbase to maintain and grow its international legal entity coverage. They will maintain multiple training program asset types, collaborate with internal teams for feedback, and manage the international program, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires a strong understanding of global regulatory and legal requirements related to compliance, such as Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Enhanced Due Diligence.
