Role Overview:
- This remote position is for a Senior Change Management Consultant based in the United States.
- You will lead change initiatives for enterprise clients with a focus on Google Workspace and cloud transformations.
- The role involves building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies, training approaches, and adoption plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact transformation success.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of change management methodologies and tools.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned change management consultant with at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Google Workspace environments and certifications in Google Cloud Digital Leader or Generative AI Leader.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
