Responsibilities:
- Support execution of change management activities for finance-related initiatives across corporate accounting, financial services and tax functions.
- Establish change plans impacting finance business functions and conduct change impact assessments.
- Create and maintain change deliverables including stakeholder analyses, communication artifacts, and training assets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on change management execution experience.
- Experience leading change for large/complex enterprise system implementations within a finance organization.
- Strong execution skills within structured change frameworks and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Details:
- Work Arrangement: Remote.
- Contract opportunity on W2 at $60-65/hr.
