Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Develop and execute integrated change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption planning.
- Identify and manage change risks, resistance points, and organizational dependencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic program delivery.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region transformation initiatives.
Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range: $130,000 – $180,000.
