Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Develop and execute integrated change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption planning.
  • Identify and manage change risks, resistance points, and organizational dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
