THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Shape change strategy across the entire Services organization.
- Mobilize multiple functions and scale AI-enabled change frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Shape company-wide change management strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
- Remove institutional barriers to adoption by driving cultural and structural change.
- Build scalable, teachable frameworks and playbooks that define how change management gets done at BetterUp.
IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, PLEASE APPLY:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, change management.
- Proven ability to parachute into ambiguous enterprise environments and build trust quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of change strategy, communications design, and experience craft.
