Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and operating model for organizational development, learning, and effectiveness, creating a multi-year roadmap aligned to business performance.
  • Execute organizational diagnostics and development initiatives to improve team effectiveness and integrate learning into key business transformations.

Qualifications:

  • Bring 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Talent Management with a proven ability to scale capability systems.
  • Demonstrate experience as a strategic partner to senior leaders, with hands-on experimentation in AI and strong skills in change management and systems thinking.
