Position Overview:
- Lead and support change initiatives for a large federal agency.
- Apply proven change management methodologies to address human factors impacting strategic goals.
- Guide development of future-state organizational design ensuring alignment across people, processes, and culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess OCM and operational readiness, facilitate meetings with government clients, and coordinate collaboration from various business units.
- Identify organizational target state requirements, document challenges and provide recommendations.
- Develop and execute communication plans, define approaches for organizational resiliency, and deploy user adoption/training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field and 8+ years of experience in management consulting or change management.
- OCM experience with system/IT implementation, ERP experience strongly desired.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and interface well with stakeholders across the organization.
