Technical Communications & Adoption Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain leadership communication strategies and dissemination plans.
• Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies including interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Establish adoption management plans and collaborate with technical teams to identify success stories.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic communications and change management in federal agencies.
• Expertise in creating slick sheets, white papers, and presentations; proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Desired Skills:

• Master's degree or higher in related discipline.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• Prosci, ADKAR, or CCMP certification.

Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required or ability to obtain.
