Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic communications and change management in federal agencies.
  • Expertise in creating slick sheets, white papers, and presentations; proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Desired Skills:

  • Master's degree or higher in related discipline.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience.
  • Prosci, ADKAR, or CCMP certification.

Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required or ability to obtain.
