Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess OCM and operational readiness for change initiatives.
- Facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients.
- Identify organizational target state requirements from stakeholder interactions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting or change management.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prosci Change Practitioner or equivalent certification.
- VA, VHA, or VBA experience preferred.
- ERP experience strongly desired.
