Lead Finance Transformation:
- Lead the execution of complex Finance transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with Finance leadership to prioritize initiatives and maximize value.
Drive Operating Model Excellence:
- Design and implement future-state Finance operating and service delivery models.
- Assess current processes and capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation across end-to-end processes.
Lead Program Delivery:
- Manage multiple transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, IT, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance activities.
- Prepare executive dashboards and status updates for informed decision-making.
Drive Organizational Change:
- Develop and execute change management strategies for successful adoption.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and communication planning.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to help teams embrace new ways of working.
