Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution and acceleration of VHA's organizational change management strategy for EHR adoption.
- Conduct change-readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and impact analyses.
- Develop actionable deliverables like communication plans, roadmaps, and resistance management plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Prosci certification and experience in union environments preferred.
- Knowledge of VA/VHA organizational structure and informatics environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable VA background investigation.
- All work must be performed within the US; remote via VA-approved access.
- Occasional CONUS travel to VA Medical Centers for EHR Go-Live support.
