Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Communications Lead: plan, coordinate, and manage the communications workstream.
- Manage IT/informatics project activities using established methodologies; track cost, schedule, and performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks; direct and quality-review work of communications and technical writing staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of IT project management experience.
- Experience with SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred; VA/VHA or federal health experience desired.
Work Environment:
- Remote work within the US via VA-approved remote access.
- Occasional CONUS travel to VA Medical Centers for site visits.
- Must obtain favorable VA background investigation.
