Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities of organizations supporting EHR Go-Live, recovery, and Post Go-Live Operations.
- Support Value Stream Enablement by aligning teams, resources, and execution activities.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, operational trackers, and execution cadences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant production/operations experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable VA background investigation.
Additional Requirements:
- Must work within the United States with VA-approved remote access.
- Availability for occasional CONUS travel to VA Medical Centers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
