Job Summary:
- Provides senior operational execution for VHA OCI's EHR stabilization and post go-live operations.
- Coordinates organizational activities and drives operations improvement across training and value stream work.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities of organizations supporting EHR Go-Live, recovery, and PGL operations.
- Support Value Stream Enablement and centralized upskilling, including training logistics and forecasting.
- Maintain and improve SOPs, trackers, and operational cadences for surge-support projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of production/operations experience.
- Experience in healthcare operations or health IT program execution preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain VA background investigation and perform all work within the United States.
- Occasional CONUS travel to VA Medical Centers for site visits.
