Job Summary:
- The Communications Specialist develops and executes communications supporting VHA Office of Clinical Informatics for EHR stabilization, recovery, and Post Go-Live operations.
- The incumbent creates materials and conducts stakeholder outreach aligned with the organizational change management strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop communication materials supporting the EHR Modernization Communication Strategy.
- Coordinate stakeholder outreach and engagement for transparent messaging.
- Draft, edit, and manage communication products such as announcements, newsletters, talking points, briefings, FAQs, and leadership messages.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and minimum 4 years communications or public relations experience.
- Ability to obtain a favorable VA background investigation.
- All work must be performed within the United States.
