Primary Responsibilities:
- Bridges the gap between executive vision and day-to-day operations, ensuring communications are cohesive and measurable.
- Writes, edits, and oversees high-quality content across newsletters, SharePoint, and presentations.
- Tracks communication metrics and establishes feedback loops to gauge employee sentiment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years total experience, with 7+ in federal communications.
- Must have worked with VA/VHA Finance community.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graphic design and branding experience.
- Experience working on Federal Government large scale reorganizations.
