Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and educational materials across print, online, social media, events, and briefings.
  • Manage DoW spotlights for website, social media, events, and articles, and create compelling content and messaging.
  • Coordinate rollouts of new products and materials and facilitate training sessions to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing with 8+ years of experience in Military Health strategic communications.
  • Strong background in preparing executive-level briefings, white papers, and Reports to Congress for General Officers and SES leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Jira), and design tools such as Figma.

Work Environment:

  • This position can be supported remotely, with preference for locations in the Washington, DC metro area or San Antonio, Texas.
  • Travel less than 20% of the time.
