Program Specialist, Hospital & Health System Enablement and Ops

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to build an AI-first performance strategy, deploying project plans, schedules, and playbooks.
• Manage multiple simultaneous priorities using AI tools, identifying and mitigating risks and conflicts.
• Support the operational cadence of our ACO, including organizing meetings, board records, and compliance documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a critical bridge between centralized teams and field teams to maintain organizational alignment.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure local team members understand project objectives and timelines.
• Work with centralized project teams to account for field nuances in organizational rollouts.

Qualifications & Culture:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of progressive experience in operations, healthcare management, or value-based care.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com, and AI platforms; comfort with reporting tools like Tableau.
