About the Role:
- Own the performance and outcomes of provider engagement and growth programs.
- Keep a real-time pulse on program performance and escalate issues early.
- Design operating models and playbooks to scale programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive progress through influence and data.
- Track program status and provide concise updates to senior leadership.
- Engage directly with external stakeholders to fill outreach gaps.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program management or operations experience.
- Healthcare or value-based care experience required.
- Strong data skills and comfort with CRM tools.
