The Role:
- Modern Health is looking for a Program Manager to drive cross-functional business and partnership programs.
- You'll report to the Lead Program Manager and manage day-to-day execution.
- This is a role for a builder in the earlier chapters of program management.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive execution of business and partnership programs, managing workstreams and timelines.
- Support external partnerships with check-in cadences and accountability.
- Build operational backbone with trackers, documentation, and playbooks.
Who You Are / Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management in complex environments.
- Strong program management fundamentals with attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with bias toward action.
