About the Role:
- We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to support operational initiatives across channels, including growth and AI projects.
- This part-time contract role offers the chance to shape how Maven expands through its partner channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Project manage channel initiatives such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing.
- Act as the point of contact for status updates, open issues, and escalation management.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales to resolve issues and ensure seamless experiences.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, or project management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort interfacing with stakeholders and clients.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
