Senior Manager, Solutions

What You'll Do:

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Clinical teams to execute and continuously improve Pharmacy Care and Weight Health solution initiatives.
• Identify and champion operational issues across both solution lines, driving root cause analysis, and implementation of scalable process improvements.
• Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor initiatives that drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or higher in healthcare, public health or business-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy industry or healthcare solution delivery.
• PMP preferred; strong business acumen, excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Total Rewards:

• Salary range of $145,000 - $165,000 USD plus eligibility for corporate bonus or sales incentive.
