Position Summary:
- The Solution Consultant is a field-facing expert focused on impact without people management.
- They protect retention, accelerate solution adoption, and strengthen Pareto’s position as a strategic partner.
- The consultant drives thoughtful adoption and value of Pareto’s priority Savings Engine solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic meetings to explain solution value and fit in an education-first manner.
- Partner with Account Managers to reduce solution complexity and elevate credibility in the field.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical and clinical questions related to Pareto solutions.
Required Qualifications / Skills:
- Clinical or pharmacy experience is preferred.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, simplifying complex concepts.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Product, Clinical, Vendors, and Customer Management teams.
