Position Summary:

  • Provides executive leadership for AffirmedRx’s Client Management organization.
  • Defines and executes the strategic vision, operating model, and performance strategy for client relationship management.
  • Leads the Client Management function in delivering best-in-class client experience.

What you will do:

  • Own accountability for client retention outcomes across the book of business.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated client solutions and differentiated client outcomes.
  • Identify and synthesize client-level trends across the book of business.

What you need:

  • BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of PBM, healthcare, pharmacy, or related leadership experience.
  • Strong executive presence, business acumen, communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
