Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own program management for a portfolio of Tier 1 customer engagements from kickoff through go-live and into steady state.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and owners.
• Serve as the primary program-level point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with enterprise or institutional customers.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
• Proven ability to build and drive detailed project plans and hold cross-functional teams accountable.
