New Program Manager - Customer Experience

Responsibilities:

• Drive execution cadence and manage integrated workback plans across readiness, validation, communications, and launch milestones.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs end-to-end, managing phased deployments.
• Coordinate readiness activities including training, communications, and launch preparation.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in workback planning, execution management, and risk mitigation in fast-paced environments.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills without direct authority, with excellent communication abilities.
• Prior experience working within a large enterprise environment and using collaboration tools like SharePoint.
