Role Overview:

  • Build and scale programs that improve Sprinto's customer journey across handoffs, onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Own deployments for large enterprise customers as project lead, driving successful onboarding and time-to-value.
  • Use data and firsthand experience to address customer challenges and build scalable playbooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify friction points and translate them into scoped, measurable CX programs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from charter to launch, including onboarding redesign and health scoring.
  • Track program success with dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews.

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years in Program Management, Customer Success Operations, or similar cross-functional role in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Data fluency with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with dashboards and KPI design.
