Senior Program Manager- Clinical Innovation

Opportunity:

• Seeking a clinically-informed, operationally-minded Senior Manager to own end-to-end design and implementation of care models.
• This role is responsible for bringing new care models to life, from early discovery through pilot, launch, and steady-state performance management.
• You will be the connective tissue across the organization, corralling cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program design and operational strategy for new care model implementations.
• Design operationally sound care models by understanding client member population and care infrastructure.
• Manage operational implementation in real time, anticipating bottlenecks and driving solutions.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of healthcare experience, with at least 4 years in clinical operations or care delivery.
• 2-3 years in strategic operations, clinical innovation, or internal consulting.
• Demonstrated track record of working directly with clinical teams to design and implement care model changes.
