The Supervisor, Patient Access oversees the Patient Access staff in one or more clinics, ensuring patients, their families, caretakers, and referrals to Hanger Clinic feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit by providing best in class customer service. This role supports clinicians and monitors documentation, patient outcomes, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), while enforcing compliance and ensuring adherence to workflow processes.

We are seeking a Patient Financial Counselor - Remote to educate and assist patients with making informed decisions about healthcare payment options and financial arrangements. The counselor will determine and verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for financial assistance programs, knowledgeable of all aspects of the financial process from scheduling, billing, and collections. Candidates should be able to work 8am-5pmET.

As an Intake Specialist, you will receive incoming calls from patients and schedule various appointment types for multiple locations. Provide excellent customer service and appropriately document requested appointments.

The Provider Payor Relations and Strategy Account Manager drives revenue by leading strategic initiatives focused on rate improvement, contract expansion, and managed care. This position blends sales expertise, contract negotiation skills, and customer relationship management to drive profitable growth, managing accounts and collaborating with health plans and hospital systems.

The Manager role is responsible for overseeing payer engagement team and ensuring processes are completed in accordance with commercial payer administrative and compliance requirements. Manages the payer engagement team responsible for notifying commercial payer partners of acquisition and Hanger clinic additions, changes and closures. Advises senior management of contractual rights and obligations.

Manage the Community Care Coordinator (CCC) program, driving patient access to high-quality O&P services across Hanger Clinic’s nationwide network. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies that enhance patient engagement, streamline referral processes, and improve access to care. Ensure consistent training, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes for the CCC team, aligning with Hanger Clinic’s mission to empower patients through personalized care.
