Your Impact:
- Conducting investigations and recommending remediation actions for allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation
- Assisting management with performance improvement actions including progressive discipline and performance improvement plans
- Assisting / guiding management on policy interpretation, laws, and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, General Business, Management, or related course of study is required.
- Five (5) years’ relevant HR experience.
- Must be available for occasional travel as needed
